Amoy(Xiamen), the land itself. New face on 21 century

The Island Amoy ( Xiamen in Japanese)itself as western side, view from the Hai-Chan Bridge. There are so many new buildings, but no skyscraper as it just below the air-route. On 1988, when I arrive the island first time, where is not so blooming. The only notable building was at ferry pier. Now, it is really changed.

In the far central is the famous island, Gu-Lan-Yu, said to be "island of music", I will show it on another page.

The Origional Temple of Da-Dau-Gon, Bao-Shen-Da-Di

The "Lion of Emperor's Mom", Kou-Mo-Sai,國母獅, been a talent about the god's effort on treatment to Mom of an emperor at Song Dynasty.

Here is the origional temple of Da-Dau-Gon, BAo-Shen-Da-Di (保生大帝) , at Pai-Da, Long-Hai , Zhang-Zhou(漳州市龍海市角美鎮白礁)

A travel and work on Amoy--Xiamen of Fujian, China

The airplane is taking off from Hsiao-Kang Airport, Kaohsiung.
The mountain is extending to interior of Southern Fujian, to the western part.

On the left is the terminal of the mountains, to seashore of Amoy

The Mt. Tsai-Jiam-Uei (蔡尖尾山) is the top of the mountains, and said to be visible as tiger's sign early last century by local resident. A place near Amoy-Xiamen. Belief it or not.
